In 1990, Scott Bell, the founder of CCM, accepted a position with a financial institution working on real estate joint ventures with builders and developers. Job responsibilities included all facets of financial management and HOA oversight. In 1993, he began work with a Fortune 500 company developing large scale, high end communities. As Vice-President, he handled many duties including: country club management, HOA management, financial management, HR management, setting up and running residential building entity, and more. In 2002, Scott started his own business focusing on turn-key services for builders and developers handling a wide scope of assistance including consulting and management for new communities. His knowledge of the building and development has proved to be invaluable to local, regional and national builders.
